PAYMENT OPTIONS

Zak's accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards for telephone orders.
We also accept personal checks for mail orders, but the order cannot be processed until the check clears.

State law requires us to add a 5.00% sales tax to all orders shipped to Massachusetts.

SHIPPING

Shipping is by UPS ground and only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not normally ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or by air, but will be happy to check the additional costs if that is required.
We currently do not ship internationally due to high costs.

ORDER PROCESSING

-In stock orders will normally be processed and shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday.

-You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, with a tracking number for you to track your shipment.

-You can expect your order to normally arrive in 7 business days, or less, if the item is in stock, or, in 14 business days, or less, if the item must be ordered from the manufacturer. Very rarely, the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, whereupon the shipment would be delayed. In this case, you will be advised.

-Please remember that the items shown on our web pages are only a small sample of what we have in stock and what is available from the manufacturer. If you have a special item you would like to purchase, please ask and we shall be happy to quote you the price and estimated delivery.
We can supply any item currently in production by the manufacturer.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you may return it for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If the reason is that a musical or action item does not work, we shall send an identical replacement refunding your return shipping costs and without charge for our return shipment to you.

If however the reason is that you changed your mind, a 15% restocking charge must be deducted from your refund.

In either case, the product must be in new, unused and unworn condition and returned in its original packaging. You must receive authorization from Zak's, by telephone or email, prior to sending us a return. If not, your package may be refused.

All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.

We shall try to be as accommodating as possible, but must mention the above return conditions to cover all situations.
